We believe the best sourcing relationships are built on transparency. That's why every project follows the same structured process — so you always know where things stand.
Step 1 — Initial Brief
You tell us what you need: product type, target price, order quantity, quality requirements, and timeline. We come back with an honest assessment within 3–5 business days.
What you get: A clear go/no-go with initial cost estimates within 3–5 business days.
Step 2 — Factory Selection
We draw on our established network of vetted factories in China to identify the best fit for your product. We don't work with every factory — we work with the ones we trust.
What you get: 1–3 shortlisted factory options with capability profiles.
Step 3 — Sampling
We request samples from the selected factory and manage the back-and-forth until the sample meets your specification. Samples are shipped to you for approval before any production commitment is made.
What you get: Physical samples at your door, with full spec documentation.
Step 4 — Production
Once you approve the sample and confirm your order, we place the production order and manage the factory through the full run. You receive regular updates at key milestones.
What you get: Weekly production updates, milestone photos, and early warning of any issues.
Step 5 — Quality Control
Before goods leave the factory, we conduct a pre-shipment inspection against your approved sample and specifications. Any defects are flagged and resolved before shipment.
What you get: Inspection report with photos, pass/fail against spec.
Step 6 — Shipment & Delivery
We coordinate with freight forwarders, manage export documentation, and track your shipment through to delivery. We handle sea freight, air freight, and courier — depending on your timeline and budget.
What you get: Full shipment tracking, documentation package, and delivery confirmation.
